Since arriving in the Bay Area 20 years ago, my journey into alternative healing modalities has taken me from men’s work, through conscious movement, energy school, ecstatic poetry, circling, and shamanic practices.  I am now a life coach, offering 1:1 and group experiences that help you realize the full potential of your life and your relationships.  I also teach dance for wedding couples and coach non-profit teams on technology implementation in service to improved team collaboration.
